We recommend taking a 3 to 4 day inspection visit to view the properties that you have short listed in Turkey. All of our inspection trips are conducted by our partner developers so there is no better way to get to know the properties and the area in which they are located. If you are visiting Turkey to just meet with one developer then the cost per person will be from £49 to £149 depending on the developer. If however you wish to visit a number of developers on your visit we recommend booking your own flights and we, in cooperation with our developers will cover the cost of hotel accommodation, airport transfers and meals etc.

Inspection trips are tailored to your requirements and the properties you wish to view and the developer(s) will make every effort to ensure your questions are answered. Landmark Properties International will refund you the cost of the inspection visit or your flights (up to a maximum of £500) if you purchase a property through our ourselves.

When you do move forward and make a purchase the purchase contracts are always directly with the developers and no fees are paid to us by our clients. Initially a deposit of £2,000 is usually paid to the developer to secure a property of your choice which is then taken off of the price list. As a full member of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) we have committed to providing clients with an informed and ethical service and we recommend that independent legal advice is taken before entering into a purchase contract.

Inspection Trip Option 1 (Cost £49 - £149 per person, dependant on the developer)
Flights are booked by our developer; you are picked up from the airport in Turkey and taken to either the hotel or one of the developers apartments. You will then spend 3 or 4 days in the company of that developer. You will be shown the local area, location of important amenities and facilities such as shops, beach, bars and restaurants. You will be taken for lunch each day, and you will have the option to join them for an evening meal as well. You will be shown properties by that developer, ones that you have identified before going to Turkey and also properties that meet your requirements and criteria that the developer feels would be suitable for you. At the end of your viewing trip, our developer will take you to the airport in time to fly back to the UK.

Inspection Trip Option 2 (Client pays for own flights and remain independent)
Flights are booked independently by our clients. A four day trip will allow you to meet with up to 4 developers. We will arrange for one of our developer to pick you up and spend the day with you, and they will accommodate you in a hotel or apartment. You will be shown the local area and properties by that developer. You will also be taken to lunch and have the option of joining them for an evening meal. On the second day, our second developer will pick you up and show you more of the properties you choose to see. Once again you will have lunch and an evening meal, and hotel or apartment in the evening. For the 3 or 4 days you are in Turkey, you can meet with up to 4 developers, you will see more properties and a better variety of styles and locations, and of course different prices too. We feel this is the best way to arrive at an informed decision when buying your Turkish property.

Remember : Whichever option you choose, if you buy a property from our developer that we arrange for you to meet, you will get the cost of your trip back regardless, however it is also important to point out that you are not obliged to reserve or purchase on your trip, and you will not be pressured to buy by our developers.
